These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Athletic Trainer Finder, LLC website, career platform, job board, Talent Network, employer tools, communications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

Throughout these Terms, "Athletic Trainer Finder," "we," "our," and "us" refer to Athletic Trainer Finder, LLC.

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Please read Section 22 carefully. It contains a binding individual arbitration agreement and a class action waiver that affect how disputes between you and us are resolved. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

  • Athletic trainers control what identifying information they choose to share.

  • We may remove users, employers, postings, or content that violate these Terms or undermine the integrity of the Platform.
  • Paid services are generally non-refundable once access or services have been provided.
  • Disputes are generally handled through individual arbitration unless you opt out within 30 days.

1. Our Mission & Role

Athletic Trainer Finder believes better hiring strengthens the athletic training profession.

The Platform exists to help athletic trainers and employers connect through better hiring, greater transparency, meaningful feedback, and career resources.

The Platform is a neutral venue that facilitates professional connections. We are not an employer, employment agency, recruiter, staffing firm, background-check provider, professional certification body, credentialing body, or party to any employment relationship that may result from use of the Platform, unless we expressly state otherwise in writing for a specific service.

Nothing on the Platform should be interpreted as professional, legal, employment, tax, credentialing, licensing, financial, or career advice.


2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to create an account or use the Platform.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

  • The information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
  • You will keep your information updated.
  • You have authority to act on behalf of your organization if you register as an employer, claim an organization, or purchase services on behalf of an organization.
  • If you register as an athletic trainer, you hold, are pursuing, or have previously held a Board of Certification credential, or are otherwise lawfully practicing, studying, teaching, managing, hiring, or participating in the athletic training profession.

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access to the Platform at our discretion.


3. Accounts & Account Security

You may register using email and password or supported third-party sign-in, such as Google.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately at atcfinder@gmail.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You may not:

  • Create an account using false information.
  • Impersonate another person or organization.
  • Transfer your account to another person without permission.
  • Use another person's account without authorization.
  • Create multiple accounts to avoid restrictions, payments, access controls, suspensions, or Platform rules.

We may require additional verification before allowing access to certain features.


4. Athletic Trainer Accounts

Athletic trainers may use the Platform to:

  • Create a professional profile.
  • Upload a headshot and résumé.
  • Indicate preferred settings, salary expectations, geographic preferences, and visibility status.
  • Link a LinkedIn profile.
  • Receive and respond to introduction requests.
  • Express interest in posted opportunities.
  • Participate in the Talent Network.
  • Receive career-related communications.

Athletic Trainer Finder does not guarantee interviews, employment, compensation, employer responses, or any particular ranking, visibility, or outcome.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your profile information is accurate, lawful, and current.

Anonymized Public Identifier

Each athletic trainer may be assigned a public identifier in the form AT #XXXXX.

Employers may see this identifier instead of your name or contact information unless and until you expressly choose to share specific fields, such as:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Phone number
  • LinkedIn profile
  • Headshot
  • Résumé
  • Salary floor
  • Other profile details

You may choose what information to share through the Platform's available controls. Once you share information with an employer, we cannot control how that employer stores, uses, forwards, or retains that information.

Credential Verification

Where you provide a BOC number or other credential information, we may compare it against publicly available registry information or other sources to assign a "Verified" credential status.

Verified status reflects a point-in-time review only.

Verified status is not:

  • A professional endorsement.
  • Ongoing monitoring.
  • A guarantee of good standing.
  • A license verification.
  • A background check.
  • A substitute for employer credential, license, reference, or background verification.

Employers remain solely responsible for verifying any credential, license, certification, work authorization, employment history, reference, background information, or eligibility required for a role.


5. Employer Accounts & Organizations

Employers may use the Platform to:

  • Create or claim an organization profile.
  • Post jobs.
  • Purchase paid listing tiers, upgrades, or add-ons.
  • View candidate interest where permitted.
  • Send introduction requests.
  • Receive feedback.
  • Access analytics or employer tools where available.

Employers agree to:

  • Post truthful, accurate, and lawful job information.
  • Accurately represent compensation, benefits, employment status, schedule, work expectations, reporting structure, and working conditions.
  • Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local employment, anti-discrimination, wage-disclosure, labor, tax, privacy, and data-protection laws.
  • Communicate professionally with athletic trainers.
  • Respect candidate privacy and confidentiality.
  • Use candidate information only for legitimate hiring-related purposes.
  • Not contact athletic trainers off-platform using information obtained through the Platform for purposes unrelated to the specific introduction, interest, or hiring interaction for which that information was shared.

Organization Claims & Team Accounts

If you create or claim an organization that already exists in our database, you may submit a claim request, which is subject to administrator review.

Organizations may support multiple team members with different permission levels, such as Owner, Member, or Viewer.

The organization and its authorized representatives are responsible for activity conducted through their organization account, including postings, introductions, payment activity, team member activity, and communications.

Athletic Trainer Finder is not responsible for internal disputes between employees, contractors, representatives, departments, schools, districts, institutions, agencies, affiliates, or other individuals associated with the same organization.

Employer Verification

Any "Verified" status we assign to an employer, organization, or listing means only that the criteria of that verification program were met at the time of review.

Verified status is not:

  • An endorsement.
  • A recommendation.
  • A guarantee of quality.
  • A guarantee of working conditions.
  • A guarantee of compensation.
  • A guarantee of legal compliance.
  • A guarantee that an employer will hire, interview, or respond.

We may revoke or modify Verified status at any time.


6. Talent Network & Introductions

Participation in the Talent Network is voluntary.

Athletic trainers control which fields are shared and when, subject to the Platform's available settings and features.

By default, identifying information may be hidden behind the anonymized AT identifier described in Section 4.

Introduction Requests

Employers with required access may send introduction requests to athletic trainers.

An athletic trainer may:

  • Accept.
  • Decline.
  • Request more information.
  • Provide feedback.
  • Ignore the request.
  • Withdraw interest.

If an athletic trainer accepts an introduction, the athletic trainer may choose which available fields to share.

Acceptance of an introduction is not:

  • A job application.
  • An agreement to interview.
  • Acceptance of employment.
  • A promise to continue communication.
  • A guarantee of candidate availability.

Pre-Approval & Interested Status

Athletic trainers may mark themselves "Interested" in a specific listing.

Doing so may share certain pre-approved information with the employer who posted that listing, depending on the athletic trainer's selected settings and the employer's access level.

Athletic trainers are responsible for reviewing their sharing preferences before expressing interest.

Feedback to Employers

Decline reasons, free-text feedback, questions, and other responses submitted by athletic trainers may be shared with the employer for the specific introduction or listing they relate to.

Feedback may also be aggregated, anonymized, analyzed, summarized, or used by Athletic Trainer Finder to:

  • Improve the Platform.
  • Identify hiring trends.
  • Help employers improve postings or hiring practices.
  • Create internal reports.
  • Develop employer resources.
  • Strengthen the athletic training profession.

We do not intentionally identify individual users in aggregated feedback unless permission has been granted or disclosure is required by law.


7. Job Listings, Paid Features & Platform Services

Athletic Trainer Finder may offer free and paid job listings, employer services, listing upgrades, access tiers, add-ons, promotional placements, analytics, introduction tools, candidate-interest access, employer profiles, and related services.

The specific features, pricing, duration, visibility, limitations, and benefits associated with each service are described within the Platform, invoice, checkout page, order form, or written agreement at the time of purchase.

We may update, modify, rename, combine, discontinue, or change the features associated with any listing tier, paid service, or add-on at any time. Changes apply prospectively and do not guarantee continued availability of prior offerings.

Listing Order

The public job board may be ordered, ranked, filtered, or displayed based on factors such as listing tier, recency, relevance, verification status, employer status, location, user preferences, or other Platform logic.

We do not guarantee any specific placement, visibility, impressions, clicks, applications, candidate interest, or hiring outcome.

Paid Listing Edit Controls

Once a paid listing or paid access feature has been purchased, certain fields may be locked or subject to administrator review, including but not limited to:

  • Listing title
  • Listing description
  • Job description URL
  • Apply URL
  • Salary information
  • Employer information
  • Role details

We may require approval for edits that materially change the nature of the role or paid listing.

Listings may be paused, hidden, expired, edited, moderated, or removed in accordance with these Terms.

Accuracy of Listings

Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, and truthfulness of their listings, including compensation, benefits, role duties, schedule, setting, working conditions, reporting structure, and application process.

Athletic Trainer Finder may review, edit, flag, remove, hide, expire, moderate, or decline listings at our discretion.

We do not guarantee that every listing is accurate, active, complete, current, or available.

Expired or Inaccurate Job Reports

Users may flag listings as expired, inaccurate, misleading, or otherwise problematic.

We may, in our sole discretion and based on user reports, internal review, employer conduct, community feedback, or any other factor, remove, hide, mark as expired, decline, or moderate any listing without prior notice and without refund.


8. Mission Alignment; Removal Rights

Athletic Trainer Finder reserves the right to refuse, remove, suspend, restrict, downgrade, limit, or terminate any user account, employer account, job listing, organization profile, content, feedback, access, or paid feature that, in our sole discretion, is inconsistent with the purpose, safety, integrity, quality, or mission of the Platform.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Repeated inaccurate postings.
  • Misleading compensation information.
  • Discriminatory content or practices.
  • Abuse, harassment, intimidation, or retaliation toward users.
  • Misuse of candidate information.
  • Attempts to circumvent Platform access controls or fees.
  • Conduct that undermines the integrity of the athletic training profession.
  • Conduct that creates legal, reputational, operational, or safety risk for Athletic Trainer Finder or its users.

Removal, suspension, restriction, or termination under this Section does not entitle the user to a refund unless required by law or expressly approved by Athletic Trainer Finder in writing.


9. Fees & Payments

Certain employer services require payment.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • All fees are quoted and charged in U.S. Dollars.
  • Fees are due at the time of purchase.
  • Payments are processed by third-party payment processors, including Stripe.
  • We do not store full payment card data.
  • Purchases are generally non-refundable once a paid listing is published, access is granted, an add-on is activated, an introduction tool is used, or a service has begun.
  • No refund is owed if a listing is paused, removed, downgraded, restricted, or terminated because of a violation of these Terms or conduct inconsistent with the Platform's integrity or mission.
  • If we remove a paid listing for reasons unrelated to user conduct, we may, in our sole discretion, issue a pro-rated credit, replacement service, or refund.
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes, except taxes based on our net income.
  • We may change pricing at any time for future purchases.
  • Promotional codes, discounts, founding offers, credits, or special pricing may be modified, suspended, limited, or terminated at any time.

A paid listing, upgrade, unlock, or employer service does not guarantee applications, candidate interest, interviews, hires, retention, or any hiring result.


10. Feedback

The Platform may allow users to provide feedback regarding:

  • Hiring experiences.
  • Listings.
  • Employers.
  • Candidate experience.
  • Platform features.
  • Other users.
  • Market conditions.
  • Compensation.
  • Reasons for declining or pursuing opportunities.

Feedback may be anonymous, aggregated, moderated, summarized, analyzed, used to improve services, used to identify hiring trends, and shared in ways that do not intentionally identify individual users unless permission has been granted or disclosure is required by law.

By submitting feedback, ideas, suggestions, requests, recommendations, or other proposed improvements, you grant Athletic Trainer Finder a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use them for any purpose without obligation or compensation to you.

We may moderate, edit, decline, remove, summarize, or withhold feedback at any time.

Users may not submit feedback that is false, defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, retaliatory, unlawful, or intended to harm another user rather than provide legitimate information.


11. Communications Consent

By creating an account or using the Platform, you consent to receive transactional, administrative, and service-related communications from Athletic Trainer Finder.

These may include communications about:

  • Account activity.
  • Job listings.
  • Introduction requests.
  • Candidate interest.
  • Payments.
  • Security.
  • Platform updates.
  • Expired listings.
  • Employer verification.
  • Feedback.
  • Other Platform activity.

Communications may be sent by email, in-Platform notification, or other contact methods you provide.

You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications using the unsubscribe mechanism in those messages. You may not opt out of transactional or service-related communications while maintaining an active account.

We do not currently send marketing SMS messages. If SMS features are added later, additional consent may be required.


12. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with third-party services to deliver functionality.

By using the Platform, you authorize us to send and receive the data reasonably necessary to operate those features, including through services such as:

  • Payment processing, including Stripe.
  • Hosting, database, authentication, and storage providers.
  • Transactional email providers.
  • Analytics providers.
  • Legacy contact synchronization tools.
  • Google Sheets or similar internal operations tools.
  • Other software, automation, communication, or infrastructure providers.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms, policies, and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, outages, data practices, security incidents, pricing changes, service interruptions, or errors of third-party providers.


13. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, incomplete, or impersonating information.
  • Misrepresent your identity, credentials, organization, authority, employment status, or hiring authority.
  • Harass, threaten, defame, intimidate, abuse, exploit, or discriminate against other users.
  • Use the Platform to violate employment, wage, labor, privacy, anti-discrimination, intellectual property, or other applicable laws.
  • Scrape, crawl, harvest, copy, export, or systematically collect data from the Platform by manual, automated, or assisted means.
  • Use Platform data, content, profiles, listings, feedback, or output to train, fine-tune, evaluate, benchmark, or develop any machine-learning or artificial-intelligence model.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to access the source code, architecture, database, algorithms, or non-public systems of the Platform.
  • Circumvent, disable, bypass, or interfere with access controls, tier gating, paywalls, rate limits, security features, visibility settings, or user permissions.
  • Use the Platform to send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, bulk outreach, or irrelevant communications.
  • Contact athletic trainers off-platform using information obtained through the Platform for purposes unrelated to the specific introduction, interest, or hiring interaction for which that information was shared.
  • Sell, rent, license, transfer, disclose, publish, or distribute candidate information without authorization.
  • Upload viruses, malware, spyware, worms, harmful code, or other malicious material.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or another user's account.
  • Interfere with Platform operation, reliability, performance, or security.
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful, deceptive, exploitative, or harmful purpose.

Violation of this Section may result in suspension, removal, termination, loss of access, and forfeiture of paid services without notice or refund.


14. Intellectual Property; DMCA

All Platform content, branding, graphics, software, design, logos, databases, compilations, workflows, interfaces, copy, original materials, and other intellectual property are owned by Athletic Trainer Finder, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

No Platform content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, publicly displayed, publicly performed, scraped, sold, licensed, or commercially used without our prior written permission.

DMCA Notices

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, send a notice meeting the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) to:

Subject line: DMCA Notice

We may respond to valid notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Repeat infringers' accounts may be terminated.


15. User Content License

You retain ownership of the information and content you submit to the Platform, including profile information, job postings, feedback, messages, résumés, images, organization details, and other submitted materials ("User Content").

By submitting User Content, you grant Athletic Trainer Finder a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, use, display, reproduce, modify, format, transmit, distribute, analyze, summarize, and create derivative works from that User Content as reasonably necessary to:

  • Operate the Platform.
  • Provide services.
  • Display listings and profiles according to your settings.
  • Facilitate introductions.
  • Process employer services.
  • Improve Platform features.
  • Maintain security.
  • Prevent fraud or abuse.
  • Create aggregated or de-identified insights.
  • Promote the Platform using non-confidential employer listings or publicly submitted content.
  • Comply with law.

This license survives termination of your account to the extent reasonably necessary for backups, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, audit records, legal compliance, and Platform integrity.

Aggregated, anonymized, and de-identified data may be retained and used indefinitely.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You have all rights necessary to submit the User Content.
  • Your User Content does not infringe third-party rights.
  • Your User Content is not unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.
  • Your User Content does not contain confidential information you are not authorized to share.

16. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding personal information, the Privacy Policy controls for that issue.


17. No Employment Guarantee; No Background Checks

The Platform facilitates introductions and information exchange.

Athletic Trainer Finder does not:

  • Guarantee employment.
  • Guarantee interviews.
  • Guarantee applications.
  • Guarantee salary levels.
  • Guarantee employer responses.
  • Guarantee candidate availability.
  • Guarantee candidate quality.
  • Guarantee employer quality.
  • Guarantee hiring outcomes.
  • Perform background checks.
  • Perform reference checks.
  • Perform criminal history checks.
  • Perform credit checks.
  • Perform drug screens.
  • Verify work authorization.
  • Verify licensure on an ongoing basis.
  • Independently verify all employer claims.
  • Independently verify all candidate claims.
  • Endorse any employer, listing, athletic trainer, candidate, school, institution, staffing company, organization, or opportunity.

Hiring, screening, credentialing, onboarding, employment, supervision, compensation, discipline, and termination decisions remain solely between employers and candidates.

Each user is responsible for their own due diligence and compliance with applicable law.


18. AI & Suggested Roles

The Platform may use automated tools, algorithms, matching logic, artificial intelligence, or similar technology to surface:

  • Suggested roles.
  • Matching scores.
  • Candidate recommendations.
  • Employer recommendations.
  • Profile insights.
  • Search results.
  • Summaries.
  • Feedback trends.
  • Other informational outputs.

These outputs are provided for convenience and informational purposes only.

They are not professional, career, legal, employment, financial, credentialing, or hiring advice.

Users should independently evaluate all opportunities, candidates, employers, compensation, working conditions, and recommendations before acting.

We do not guarantee that automated outputs are accurate, complete, unbiased, current, or appropriate for any particular purpose.


19. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," with all faults and without warranty of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Athletic Trainer Finder disclaims all warranties, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of:

  • Merchantability.
  • Fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Title.
  • Non-infringement.
  • Accuracy.
  • Availability.
  • Reliability.
  • Security.
  • Completeness.
  • Timeliness.
  • Course of dealing.
  • Usage of trade.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Platform will be uninterrupted.
  • The Platform will be secure.
  • The Platform will be error-free.
  • Defects will be corrected.
  • Data will be preserved without loss.
  • Listings will be current or accurate.
  • Users will behave lawfully.
  • Employers will respond.
  • Candidates will be available.
  • Paid services will produce a desired result.

You use the Platform at your own risk.


20. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Athletic Trainer Finder, LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, service providers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, enhanced, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Platform or these Terms.

This includes damages for:

  • Loss of profits.
  • Loss of revenue.
  • Loss of data.
  • Loss of goodwill.
  • Loss of business opportunity.
  • Loss of employment opportunity.
  • Loss of candidates.
  • Loss of applicants.
  • Cost of substitute services.
  • Business interruption.
  • Reputational harm.
  • Employment-related claims between users.
  • User conduct.
  • Third-party service failures.
  • Unauthorized access.
  • Inaccurate listings.
  • Inaccurate candidate information.
  • Hiring decisions.
  • Failure to hire.
  • Failure to be hired.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Platform or these Terms exceed the greater of:

  • The amount you paid to Athletic Trainer Finder in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
  • One hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.


21. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Athletic Trainer Finder, LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, service providers, and affiliates from and against any claims, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, judgments, fines, penalties, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to:

  • Your access to or use of the Platform.
  • Your User Content.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of applicable law.
  • Your violation of another person's or entity's rights.
  • Your misuse of candidate information.
  • Your misuse of employer information.
  • Your communications with another user.
  • Any dispute between you and another user.
  • Any hiring, screening, interviewing, onboarding, employment, supervision, compensation, termination, or workplace decision.
  • Any allegation of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage-and-hour violation, negligent hiring, negligent retention, defamation, privacy violation, or breach of duty arising from your conduct.
  • Any claim that your User Content infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, contractual, or other rights.

If you are an employer, this indemnification includes claims arising from your job postings, compensation representations, hiring practices, employment practices, screening practices, communications with candidates, and compliance or non-compliance with employment laws.

We may assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification. If we do so, you agree to cooperate with our defense.


22. Suspension, Termination & Account Deletion

We may suspend, restrict, limit, downgrade, remove, or terminate your account, organization, listing, content, access, paid service, or use of any Platform feature at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe:

  • You violated these Terms.
  • You created legal, operational, reputational, security, or safety risk.
  • You misused candidate or employer information.
  • You engaged in misconduct.
  • Your listing or content is inaccurate, misleading, discriminatory, unlawful, or inconsistent with Platform standards.
  • Your conduct undermines the integrity or mission of the Platform.

You may delete your account at any time through the Platform or by contacting us.

Upon deletion, we will remove or de-identify personal information within a reasonable period, subject to legal, operational, backup, audit, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, and security retention requirements.

Listings, feedback, messages, shared information, payment records, audit logs, aggregated data, anonymized data, and content already shared with third parties or other users may persist.

Account deletion does not automatically entitle you to a refund.


23. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver

Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at atcfinder@gmail.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.

Binding Arbitration

Except for the carve-outs below, you and Athletic Trainer Finder agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its applicable rules.

The arbitration shall be conducted in Vermont or remotely where permitted.

The arbitrator's award may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver

You and Athletic Trainer Finder agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff, class member, representative, or participant in any purported class, collective, consolidated, mass, private attorney general, or representative proceeding.

The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of class, collective, consolidated, mass, private attorney general, or representative proceeding.

If this class action waiver is found unenforceable, the entirety of this arbitration agreement shall be null and void.

Carve-Outs

Either party may:

  • Bring an individual action in small-claims court.
  • Seek injunctive or equitable relief in court for actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, unauthorized access, misuse of confidential information, violation of intellectual property rights, or misuse of Platform data.

30-Day Opt-Out

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to:

The notice must be sent within thirty (30) days after first accepting these Terms and must include:

  • Your name.
  • The email associated with your account.
  • A clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration.

24. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms and any non-arbitrable dispute are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

For any claim not subject to arbitration under Section 23, you and Athletic Trainer Finder consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Vermont and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.


25. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Material changes may be communicated by email, in-Platform notice, website posting, or other reasonable method.

Unless otherwise stated, changes become effective when posted.

Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform.


26. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any order forms, invoices, written agreements, or service-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Athletic Trainer Finder regarding the Platform.

Severability

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.

We may assign these Terms freely, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or change of control.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet outages, infrastructure failures, third-party service outages, governmental action, cyberattacks, or other events beyond our control.

Electronic Communications

You consent to receive communications electronically and to transact electronically.

Notices to you may be provided by email, in-Platform notification, website posting, or other reasonable electronic means.

Headings

Section headings are for convenience only and have no legal effect.

Relationship

No agency, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary relationship, employment relationship, or franchise relationship is created between you and Athletic Trainer Finder by these Terms or your use of the Platform.

Survival

Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including provisions regarding fees, feedback, intellectual property, user content licenses, privacy, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, arbitration, governing law, and miscellaneous terms.
