Every feature we build, every employer we work with, and every conversation we facilitate is guided by one question:

These guidelines help us create a community where athletic trainers and employers can connect professionally, respectfully, and honestly.

Disagreement is welcome. Personal attacks are not.
For Athletic Trainers
We ask that you:
- Keep your profile accurate and up to date.
- Represent your credentials honestly.
- Communicate professionally with employers.
- Provide respectful and constructive feedback.
- Respect employer confidentiality.
- Report inaccurate or misleading job postings.
You are never required to pursue an opportunity that isn't right for you.
If you decline an opportunity, we encourage you to tell employers why. Thoughtful feedback helps employers improve and ultimately strengthens the profession.
For Employers
We ask that employers:
- Represent opportunities honestly.
- Be transparent about compensation whenever possible.
- Treat every athletic trainer with professionalism and respect.
- Respond to candidates in a timely manner.
- Respect candidate privacy.
- Use candidate information only for legitimate hiring purposes.
Athletic trainers are professionals—not leads to be collected.
Respect Privacy
- Athletic trainers control when identifying information is shared.
- Do not attempt to identify anonymous candidates outside the Platform.
- Do not share another user's personal information without permission.
No Harassment
Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, retaliation, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
This includes behavior based on race, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, national origin, or any other protected characteristic.
Honest Feedback Makes Everyone Better
Athletic Trainer Finder encourages respectful feedback.
Constructive feedback helps:
- Employers improve hiring.
- Athletic trainers make informed decisions.
- The profession continue moving forward.
Feedback should always be truthful, respectful, and intended to improve—not to embarrass or attack others.
Integrity Matters
Do not:
- Create fake accounts.
- Misrepresent your credentials.
- Misrepresent an employer.
- Misrepresent a job opportunity.
- Attempt to manipulate Platform features.
Trust is one of our most valuable assets.
